  • Worth the money

Got this car for the cheap and it still holds its value after 2 years. It's not a fast car at all but this car was built for fuel efficiency so can't complain. Gets me from point A to B with ease. Other cars at the same price didn't have close to all the features this car has. I average 50 mpg daily. It's about 25 bucks to fill up my car and it goes for 350 miles easy!
  • Cute, fun to drive & easy to park + 50 mpg!

Love this car for city driving - it's reliable and gets over 50 MPG! Its cute, fun to drive, and easy to park. With the back seat folded down it has carried 2 people and all their luggage on a trip or to the airport. However, I am reluctant to take a Prius onto a freeway with trucks' slipstreams buffeting it about, and, in Wisconsin's deep snow winters, the car could get hung up on a snow bank. Overall, our Prius C will be happier being driven in snow-free country, so we're selling it to a friend in Arizona.
  • Terrific fuel efficient small car

I’ve owned my Prius C for a little over 4 years and I love it as much today as I did the day I bought it with cash from an insurance settlement on our rear ended and totaled Lexus. I wanted a smaller, more basic car with great gas mileage and liked the cute styling of the Prius C. Compared to other models I tried, it felt more solid and the sound system was excellent. It drove well and had decent acceleration for the frequent 3 hour driving trips I take. I’m superstitious enough to say Knock Wood here, but I haven’t had a bit of trouble with it and the maintenance cost has been extremely low. The only thing I wish I had gotten if it was available at the time is the back-up screen display. I’ve backed into things a couple of times, totally my fault. The ride is not as quiet as the Acura that my husband now drives, but it’s not annoying. Last but not least, I’ve never paid more than $19 to fill the tank and I don’t need to fill it any more often than I did the Acura TL at more than twice the cost. I will never go back to a gas only automobile and am considering electric only for my next vehicle if I can find one reasonably priced with a 250 mile range.
